The information is available instantly, getting to know whether an employee has permission to enter the workplace.
We have all the possible options available according to the setting and what was required as the most convenient. So, information can be entered by subcontracts, the main company or even a third company managing all this documentation.
It is also available a mixed option. This option would allow, for example, certain subcontracts may enter directly the documentation and other subcontracts may send it to the main company or manager to be entered.
Either way, the final result is a database with the documentation centralized and available from any workplace or center of the main company.
NO. There could be may types of users, each one with different rights and permissions according to what they can do or which workplaces and documents they can manage (the app can be set up so that the users can only have access to the documents affecting their departments). The app can also be set up assigning different languages to each user.
When a contracting company were not the app manager (i.e., a temporary employment agency has many contracting clients), there are two ways to send to the users the information and documents:

The contractor can define all those documents to be required. Each document is assigned a validity time, as well as a notice period. The application will send automatically an e-mail to the subcontract every time the document is about to expire, according to the notice days defined for each document.
The documents may relate to companies, employees or machines and vehicles and may be also related to Occupational Risk Prevention, Social Security or any other technical or administrative document.
It is managed at both levels. With MetaContratas, you can get to know all the documentation required to a subcontract and which is already provided, but also you can have a detailed knowledge of each subcontracted employee and/or machine

From certain documents, YES. In the case of certain official documents, when the document is entered in the application, two processes take place:
Yes. There is a feature with which the contractor upload the documents so that the subcontract may download them from the application. Those documents may be general or specific to a workplace or center (safety plan, videos, etc.)
This way, there is a centralized site to enter the docmentation for the subcontracts.
