Quality, Environment and Occupational Health and Safety Policy

METADATA S.L. is committed to maintaining a Quality, Environmental and Occupational Health and Safety Management System, based on the requirements of the ISO 9001:2015, ISO 14001:2015 and ISO 45001:2018 standards,  for its activities of IT Development for Companies, Provision of Document Management Services related to Health and Safety,

METADATA S.L.,   a company with more than 15 years of experience in the sector, focuses its policy on offering IT solutions to its customers,  guaranteeing the continuous improvement of the efficiency of the management system.

In accordance with these principles, METADATA S.L. assumes the following commitments:

  • To develop our activity ensuring the quality of our work, in order to satisfy the needs of our customers, demanding quality, detail and excellence in every action.
  • Adaptation to change: METADATA S.L. is characterised by being a flexible company, adapting to changes and evolving in different contexts.
  • Environmental protection: the prevention of pollution and the depletion of resources are incorporated into all activities that have a potential impact on the environment, through the control, management and minimisation of possible waste generated during our activities.
  • Prevention of Occupational Risks: to provide safe and healthy working conditions and to carry out the planning of preventive actions in all work activities carried out, in order to avoid injury or deterioration of the health or well-being of employees, eliminating hazards and reducing risks to Health and Safety at Work.
  • Legality: it is a basic condition to comply with all applicable legal requirements and any other requirements to which the organisation subscribes. Therefore, a commitment is made to carry out regular legal compliance checks.

The responsibility for the start-up and implementation of the Management System is the responsibility of all areas of METADATA S.L., all employees are therefore committed to incorporating preventive management in their daily activities, as well as minimising the generation of waste and consumption.

The continuous improvement of the system can only be achieved through the information, consultation and participation of the personnel, at all levels and levels of METADATA S.L.

INNOVATION AND DEVELOPMENT OF ANDALUCÍA IDEA

An incentive has been received from the Innovation and Development Agency of Andalusia IDEA, of the Regional Government of Andalusia, for an amount of €43,802.59, 80% co-financed by the European Union through the European Regional Development Fund, ERDF, for the implementation of the project EXPANSION OF METADATA CAPACITY with the aim of achieving a more competitive business fabric.

Metadata SL has been a beneficiary of the European Regional Development Fund whose objective is to improve the use and quality of information and communication technologies and access to them, and thanks to which it has implemented a CRM to improve the competitiveness and productivity of the company. In 2022. To this end, it has been supported by the TicCamaras Programme of the Malaga Chamber of Commerce.
